Well, we thought we were being so clever with the auto address lookup when you place an order. It seems that it's not as clever as it needs to be to handle some rural addresses. So with that in mind we have, today, added a manual address entry to the order screen so you can manually type in problem shipping addresses.
The spring shipment is almost in the ship and on its way. We've been busy improving the labelling for the great new products we'll have in stock and automating our specification system. You can see this working on our new category pages on this website.
Our new website has been up and running now for over a month, we're constantly making changes as we gear up for a busy spring and summer 2017/18.

We are no longer sending orders via untracked NZ Post which means all outgoing orders are now tracked!
We now charge a MAXIMUM of $4.26 ex gst for non rural and $8.52 ex gst for freight. AND orders over $200 are still freight FREE!
We now have all our #8 range back in stock and some great new products including Stainless Steel Purlin/Batten screws and more sizes of our Galv Purlin/Batten screws.
Our Paypal payment gateway is now working and we are accepting Credit Card payments when you place an order. Sorry it took so long :-)
We're just testing a new payment option that allows payment via credit card through Paypal. This is in response to a few people requesting in instant payment method to allow their orders to be released earlier. We will add Bitcoin at some point as well.
